          What is your process for creating and executing commercial projects?<\/summary>\n

          Projects with commercial organizations are typically handled via consultant agreements, with billing on an hourly and expense reimbursement basis. After an initial discussion to establish whether a project represents a good fit given the scope of work, schedule, and availability requirements, a project plan will typically be created once a nondisclosure agreement is in place.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

          Do you work with government agencies?<\/summary>\n

          For United States federal, state, or local government organizations, yes. Tideway will enter into a Limited Purpose Cooperative Research and Development Agreement, if needed, to create a project plan. Tideway is registered in SAM and can accept contract or subcontract awards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For government organizations outside the United States, no. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

          Are you a licensed professional engineer?<\/summary>\n

          No, Tideway offers business consulting services for firms engaged in engineering work, but does not offer professional engineering services. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
